3. Orders & Confirmation

All products are custom-made based on customer requirements.

  • Customers must provide design details, size, and shipping information
  • Orders are confirmed only after customer approval and successful payment
  • Changes are not accepted after confirmation unless agreed

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed via PayPal
  • Full payment is required before production
  • We do not store or access payment details

5. Production & Shipping

  • Production time: 5–7 working days
  • Shipping time: 3–15 working days

Shipping options:

  • Free Shipping (7–15 days)
  • Express Shipping ($100, 3–5 days)

All orders are shipped with duties and taxes included (DDP).
Customers are not required to pay additional customs fees.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • Returns are accepted only for defects, damage, or incorrect items
  • Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery
  • We prioritize replacement (re-production or re-shipping) before refunds

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
