At TingMascot (tingmascot.com), we provide worldwide shipping with clear delivery times and reliable service for all custom mascot costume orders.

1. Production Time

All products are made to order. Production time typically takes 5–7 working days depending on the design and order details.

Orders are shipped only after final confirmation.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer two shipping options:

• Free Standard Shipping – $0.00
  Delivery time: 7–15 working days
  Includes basic tracking
• Express Shipping – $100.00
  Delivery time: 3–5 working days
  Full tracking provided (DHL / FedEx / UPS)

Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time.

3. Shipping Fees & Duties

• Free Shipping: Included in product price
• Express Shipping: $100 (optional)

All orders are shipped with duties and taxes included (DDP).
Customers are not required to pay additional customs fees upon delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Shipping Issues

• Tracking delays: If no updates for 3 days (Express) or 7 days (Standard), please contact us
• Damaged items: Report within 48 hours with photos/videos
• Lost packages: We offer re-production, re-shipping, or refund after verification

6. Delivery Responsibility

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate
• A recipient must be available to receive the package
• Re-shipping fees may apply for incorrect addresses
