Refund & Return Policy

• Shipping damage

2. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

• Change of mind after order confirmation
• Incorrect size provided by the customer
• Minor color differences due to lighting or display
• Damage caused after delivery

3. Return Request Timeframe

• Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product
• Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted

5. Exchanges

We prioritize replacement solutions (re-production or re-shipping) before refunds whenever possible.

6. Return Shipping

• If the issue is caused by us (defect, shipping damage, or wrong item), we will cover return shipping.
• In other approved cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

7. Refund Policy

1. Production Time

All products are made to order. Production time typically takes 5–7 working days depending on the design and order details.

Orders are shipped only after final confirmation.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer two shipping options:

• Free Standard Shipping – $0.00
  Delivery time: 7–15 working days
  Includes basic tracking
• Express Shipping – $100.00
  Delivery time: 3–5 working days
  Full tracking provided (DHL / FedEx / UPS)

Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time.

3. Shipping Fees & Duties

• Free Shipping: Included in product price
• Express Shipping: $100 (optional)

All orders are shipped with duties and taxes included (DDP).
Customers are not required to pay additional customs fees upon delivery.

4. Order Tracking

How to Measure:

Height: Stand straight with your feet together and measure from the top of your head to the floor.

Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the belly button, keeping the tape measure horizontal.

Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape measure horizontal.

Weight: Use a scale to measure your weight in pounds.
